Sahayog started working as a physiotherapist in 2004 in an acute care setting in Mumbai, India. With 18 years as a physiotherapist, he is experienced in managing cases in various disciplines including Orthopaedics, Cardio-Pulmonary, Neurology and Intensive care. His area of interest is outpatient set up where he manages all kinds of musculoskeletal, sports injury/ return to sports and chronic pain cases. He has a specialization in manipulative therapy from University of Otago, NZ. He started working in restructured hospitals in Singapore in 2009 and joined Gleneagles hospital in 2016. He has been managing cases in the outpatient clinic of the Rehab department of the hospital since then (now based at the new clinic at Camden Medical Centre). His treatment includes a mix of Maitland, Mulligan techniques, exercise therapy including basic Pilate’s techniques and various electrotherapy modalities. He firmly believes in patient centric care and ensures that the rehab planning is done in discussion with the patient to clearly identify their needs and help them set and achieve their goals accordingly. He also a clinical educator for the students from SIT and enjoys teaching/ mentoring them.
