Dr. Joel Foo

Experience

Dr. Joel Foo graduated with a Bachelor in Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) degree from the National University of Singapore (NUS). He then obtained his postgraduate qualifications for Membership to the Royal College of Surgeons (Edinburgh).

Dr. Joel is also a certified Designated Work Doctor (Compressed Air Works).

Dr. Joel strongly believes that a good doctor should be well-equipped to handle acute and chronic medical conditions, and that holistic training forms a strong foundation for sound medical practice. He dedicated several years to rotating through numerous departments in various hospitals in Singapore.

Dr. Joel regularly keeps up to date with the latest medical advancements, and attends regular courses and seminars to expand his repertoire. In addition to his Family Medicine practice, Dr. Joel is a certified Men’s Health Expert. He is also accredited by the Office of Public Guardian (OPG) as a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) issuer.

Dr. Joel is passionate about a career in family medicine. He enjoys spending time talking with his patients.

Dr Joel believes in a holistic approach to patient care, anchored on the practice of evidence-based medicine
