Zhong Li graduated with honours in Physiotherapy from the Trinity College Dublin, Ireland (UK). He has worked for 10 years in local public and private healthcare settings. Over the years, Zhong Li amassed valuable clinical experience managing clients with a wide spectrum of orthopedic/sports and neurological conditions - effectively returning them to better function regardless of age, needs and fitness profiles.

Zhong Li values quality in movement and provides up-to-date evidence-based treatment approach. Patient education and continuum of home programme is what he uphold to ensure carry over effect of his therapeutic intervention at the comfort of his clients' home evironment. He is most passionate about getting people back on their feet through a thorough physical assessment, carefully tailored exercises and adjunct therapies to help clients achieve their goals.
